ECG Case 156

A 30-year-old male suddenly loses consciousness while at dinner. He spontaneously regains consciousness within several seconds. He is taken to a local hospital. Initial evaluation reveals an awake and alert male with normal vital signs. An ECG is obtained as part of his workup.
