Findings on Chest CT

There are numerous large apical bullae. In addition, there is advanced confluent centrilobular and paraseptal emphysema.

Differential diagnosis

  • Bullous emphysema
  • Pulmonary honeycombing
  • Lymphangioleiomyomatosis
  • Pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis
