Purulent Sputum and Hemoptysis

A 55-year-old non-smoker with on and off haemoptysis and purulent sputum for 1 year

A 55-year-old non-smoker presented with on and off haemoptysis and purulent sputum for 1 year. There was no fever or constitutional symptoms.

Physical examination showed finger clubbing and coarse crepitations over the lung base. Blood tests were essentially normal and an initial CXR was performed.

What abnormality can you see on CXR and what is the most likely diagnosis ?
