Interpretation
- The rhythm is irregularly irregular, so we have Atrial Fibrillation
- The QRS complexes are wide with morphology consistent with Right Bundle Brach Block (RBBB)
- The RBBB could be long-standing or caused by the Atrial Fibrillation fast heart rate (Rate Related RBBB)
