ECG Case 96

A 50-year-old man, who had complained of attacks of dizziness and palpitations for several years, collapsed at work and was brought to the A & E department.

He was cold and clammy. His heart rate was rapid and his blood pressure was unrecordable. There were signs of left ventricular failure.
