This post is an answer to the ECG Case 309
- Regular ventricular rhythm
- Ventricular rate 96 bpm
- Notching in terminal portion of T wave
- Best seen in leads II, III
- QT 400ms (QTC 515ms)
- Due to superimposition of P wave in terminal QRS
- Regular sinus rhythm
- Rate 84 bpm
- Marked 1st degree AV block
- PR interval 320ms
- QT 350 (QTc 420ms)
Interpretation
The patient’s electrolytes were normal. The ECGs shows marked 1st degree AV block.
