Interpretation

  • ST Elevation with Hyperacute T waves in inferior leads (II, III, aVF)
  • Reciprocal ST Depression in lateral leads (I, aVL)
  • ST Depression in lead V1 to V4, maximal in leads V2 and V3 (indicating posterior involvement – Posterior MI)

The diagnosis is Acute Inferior-Posterior MI
