ECG Case 113

A 30-year-old woman complains of episodes of palpitations associated with dizziness and breathlessness. These begin and stop suddenly. She has had them for many years, but they are becoming more frequent and more severe.

The upper ECG was recorded at rest; the lower ECG is part of an ambulatory record, during which she had a typical attack.

What do these ECGs show and what would you do?
