A 57-year-old woman with a long history of untreated hypertension presents to an urgent care clinic with complaints of 1 day of palpitations.

She denies any associated symptoms, specifically dyspnea, diaphoresis, chest pain, or anxiety. The symptoms are constant. She does not take medications and denies recent stimulant use.
