Interpretation

  • Regulary Regular Tachycardia with rate of approximately 150 / min
  • Right Axis Deviation (RAD) with negative QRS (QS) Complexes in leads I and aVL
  • QS waves in lead I, aVL, V1 and V2 (old anterolateral MI ? )
  • P waves are best seen in V1 with rate of approximately 300 / min, so these are Flutter Waves

So the rhythm in this ECG is Atrial Flutter with 2:1 Conduction.
