ECG Case 101

An 18-year-old student complains of occasional attacks of palpitations. These start suddenly without provocation; the heartbeat seems regular and is ‘too fast to count’.

During attacks she does not feel dizzy or breathless, and the palpitations stop suddenly after a few seconds. Physical examination is normal, and this is her ECG.

What is the diagnosis and what advice would you give?
