Interpretation
- Sinus Tachycardia at rate 100 beats/min
- Evolved Anterolateral MI indicated by:
- ST elevation and QS waves in V1 to V5
- Q waves and T wave inversion in lateral leads (I and aVL) in some QRS complexes
- Accelerated ventricular focus that competes with the sinus node that results in different QRS morphology
- QRS complexes 7 , 8 and 10 are Premature Ventricular Complexes (PVC)
- QRS complexes marked with N are normal
- The other are Fusion Complexes made by fusing the impulse from the sinus node with the impulse from the ventricular focus
